These tasty Thanksgiving recipes will make your vegetarian holiday one to remember! Appetizers, main dishes, and desserts included.

Chances are you’ve been planning your Thanksgiving menu for weeks (or maybe even since last year).
Just in case you’re still looking for a few dishes to round out your meal or looking to plan the whole thing, I thought I’d share a few of my favorites that would be perfect for turkey day (no turkey included). Some of them fit into a traditional Thanksgiving table while others are a little luxurious and outside the box.

Pesto and Oven Roasted Tomato Bruschetta

Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes with Caramelized Onions and Gruyere

Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Garlic

Crispy Butternut Squash Ravioli

Mini Autumn Spice Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

Brown Sugar Pound Cake with Caramel Drizzle
Tell me, what are you making for the holiday?
