    Seven on a Sunday #4

Hey hey! Life has felt completely overwhelming lately and I’ve been majorly behind on pretty much every blog task/post. I started this post to share like two Sundays ago and just had to keep updating it to keep it current.

I’m thinking about taking a week or two off from posting some time in the next few months so I can catch up on things, but it’s so hard when there’s so much good food to share with you! How do you feel when bloggers take a few weeks off? Do you forget about them, or do you only visit blogs when you have a specific need? Don’t forget you can always sign up for my email list so you don’t miss any new posts (you’ll also get a list of 100 vegetarian dinner ideas!).

    Here’s what’s on my mind lately…

    1. Valentine’s Day Hangover

Here are a few healthy meal ideas if you need to get out of the Valentine’s Day sugar rut.

    2. #ExposeChristianHomeschooling

I happened to stumble upon this hashtag on Twitter the other night, and as a homeschooling parent found it horrifying. I can definitely see both sides of the issue when it comes to government regulations around homeschooling. There’s a lot to unpack on this topic, and it is a complicated issue that I’d love to hear other people’s thoughts on.

    3. Cold. It’s Been Cold.

Yes I live in Wisconsin, and yes it was -60 windchill a couple weeks ago. Maybe it was everywhere in the country, I don’t know, I was under a blanket. We also got like a bajillion inches of snow and I’m just trying to tell myself that this is the worst of it and maybe it will be warm a month from now?

    4. New Baby Meals

My sister-in-law gave birth to a new baby recently and I’m so in love! It reminded me of the vegetarian freezer meals I prepared before my last baby. What foods do you love to deliver to new moms?

    5. Can’t Keep My Eyes Off

Just a few random goodies I’ve had my eyes on lately.

    6. Dishing with Delishes

I had the pleasure of being on the Dishing with Delishes podcast a couple weeks ago. Elaine is such a lovely person, it was so fun to be able to talk to her about my blogging journey. You can head here to find the episode or search for it in your favorite podcast app.

    7. On My Menu Lately

    Walnut Burgers

Walnut Burgers - These burgers are juicy, meat-free, and bean-free! Full recipe at theliveinkitchen.com
