Rather than bring you a recipe today I want to share with you what I did over the weekend.
I traveled to Minneapolis, Minnesota to take part in TECHMunch, a conference designed to improve digital media, marketing, and business skills for food bloggers. It was created by Babette Pepaj of Bakespace and put on with a lot of help from Stephanie Meyer at Fresh Tart.
I won’t barrage you with all the great information I learned, but hopefully you will be seeing some of it seamlessly implemented on the site soon. Of course you’re really here to hear about the food, right?
Lunch was catered by Kitchen in the Market. That piece of chicken was unbelievable.
There was a snack break of sangria (for everyone but me) and pitas with various dips.
There was an after party at Fulton Brewery. I got a monster helping of fish and chips from The Anchor food truck parked outside.
I was so disappointed that I didn’t have any room left for this three year aged proscuitto on the brewery tour.
All in all it was a great and exhausting weekend. I can’t wait to get back into the kitchen this week cooking up delicious food for you. I also can’t wait to dig into my computer and put all my new website knowledge to work for you as well!
