Welcome to The Monday Menu! Here you’ll find a list of what I’m planning to make my family for dinner this week. I hope it can serve as inspiration for your own meal planning efforts and hold me accountable to feeding my family healthy, delicious meals.
This week’s menu came together as a way to use up a lot of things in my freezer and pantry. Hopefully my list will stay small and I will be able to start fresh next week.
I keep wanting to try my hand at homemade bread. Maybe this will be my week, I guess we’ll see. I never quite have the energy to get things going. Homemade bread is an all day project because it needs to rise a few times, so I guess that’s why I never get around to making it. I have the same problem with cinnamon rolls. Ohhh, cinnamon rolls… I digress.

Monday – Spaghetti alla Cici with simple salad
Tuesday – Baked Chicken with baked potatoes and roasted brussels sprouts with garlic
Wednesday – Ground Beef Tacos
Thursday – Grilled Cheese Sandwiches with fresh fruit
Friday – Pesto White Bean Stromboli
