Ingredients

ripe peaches
peeled, pitted, and sliced

burrata cheese
I used four 2 ounce balls
10-15
basil leaves

tablespoon
olive oil
Coarse kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Balsamic glaze
optional
Instructions
In a large, shallow bowl or serving platter, arrange peach slices, burrata, and basil.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired.
Serve as a salad, or use as a topping for toast/crostini.
Notes
Tips for customizing peach burrata caprese salad
Add some leafy greens and swap the balsamic glaze for balsamic vinaigrette to make a peach burrata salad
Meat eaters can add slices of prosciutto
