Cashew Cookie Larabar
Cashew cookie larabars are a healthy treat made from nuts and dates!
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Process several minutes until ingredients are very finely chopped.
Pour out onto a large sheet of wax paper and use the paper to press it firmly into a large square.
Cut into the desired number of squares. Eat immediately or wrap in the wax paper and refrigerate.
