1cupmozzarella cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450ºF. Brush a baking sheet with olive oil.
On a lightly floured surface, roll or stretch dough to desired size. Transfer to prepared baking sheet. Spread pesto evenly over dough, leaving about one inch for the crust. Sprinkle chicken evenly over the dough and top with the cheese.
Bake 15-20 minutes or until the dough is crisp and the cheese is melted and just beginning to brown.
