3cupsfresh squeezed orange juicestrained and chilled
2cupspineapple juicechilled
1cupfresh lime juicestrained and chilled
½cupgrenadine
¼cupAngostura bitters
Ice mold(I froze water in a bundt pan)
Orange and lime wedges for garnishoptional
Instructions
In a large punch bowl, stir together rum, juices, grenadine, and bitters. Slide in ice mold. Garnish individual glasses with orange and lime wedges if desired.
Notes
To make rum punch for one:
2 ½ ounces dark spiced rum
2 ounces orange juice
1 ½ ounces pineapple juice
Squeeze of lime juice
¼ ounce grenadine
Dash of Angustora bitters, optional
Orange and lime wedges for garnish, optional
Fill a tall glass with 3 or 4 ice cubes. Add rum, juices, grenadine, and bitters. Stir together with a straw and garnish with orange and lime wedges if desired.
