Ingredients

goat cheese

cream cheese
¼ - ½
roasted red pepper
depending on the size
Coarse kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Juice from up to half a lemon
Instructions
In the bowl of a food processor, process goat cheese and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add the red pepper and process again until smooth and incorporated.
Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste and process one more time. Use immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
