Instructions
Arrange ingredients in various baskets/bowls/plates. The amount you use will depend on how many people you are serving, but I recommend 1-2 avocados per person to allow for a few that might be brown when you open them up.
Cut and serve the avocados on demand, or mash ahead of time with a drizzle of olive oil and keep tightly covered and refrigerated until ready to serve.
Mix and match toppings as desired.

Notes
If using fried eggs, I recommend frying them as close to serving time as possible.More gluten-free toast options include gluten-free bread or sweet potato toast. If serving gluten free guests, you may want to have a separate section of toppings for them, and be sure not to toast gluten-free bread in a toaster normally used for regular toast. You can always make toast under the broiler if you're worried about cross contamination. You can read more about my tips for how to ripen avocados.
