Instant Pot Scalloped Potatoes

Instant pot scalloped potatoes are easy to make and are ready in just 25 minutes.

Start by assembling your ingredients and peeling the potatoes.


Use baby Yukon gold potatoes so you won't have big slices of potato

Add your potatoes to the instant pot

Next, add vegetable broth.

Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and dried parsley.

Close the lid and set the valve to "Sealing".

Do a quick release of pressure by turning the valve.

Once the valve has dropped, open the lid and remove potatoes.

Pressure cook on normal pressure for 1 minute.

Turn the instant pot to sauté and add heavy cream and cheese, whisking until smooth.

Pour cheese sauce over potatoes and top with shredded cheese.

Broil until cheese is melted, top with fresh parsley, and serve.
