Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Spread flour on a baking sheet and bake 5 minutes to kill any bacteria. Let cool.
In a small bowl, whisk together coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Add the flour, cocoa powder, and sea salt and stir until fully combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
Notes
A lot of the texture depends on the temperature of your ingredients. If the dough comes out too runny, stick it in the refrigerator for a couple minutes. If it is too stiff, microwave it for just a couple seconds until softened.
