Notes

A few ideas to customize your apple spice overnight oats:
  • Swap Kemp’s Probiotic Milk - Fat Free Skim to cut the fat in this recipe
  • Use walnuts in place of the pecans
  • Swap honey for the maple syrup
  • If you don’t have all the spices on hand, you can get away with just using cinnamon
  • If you prefer cooked apples, sauté chopped apples in a little butter until soft, let cool, and add to the oat mixture before chilling overnight
  • Add an extra drizzle of honey or maple syrup and a dusting of cinnamon before serving
  • Prep a bunch to be set on breakfast for the week
