Apple Spice Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup Kemps® Probiotic Milk - 2% Reduced Fat
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • A pinch each of salt cardamom, allspice, nutmeg, and ground cloves
  • 1/2 apple such as granny smith or pink lady, cored and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans


  • In a small mason jar, combine oats, milk, maple syrup, chia seeds, and spices, stirring to combine. Cover and refrigerate at least a few hours, but preferably overnight. When ready to eat, stir again and top with apples and pecans.

  • Swap honey for the maple syrup
  • If you don’t have all the spices on hand, you can get away with just using cinnamon

  • Add an extra drizzle of honey or maple syrup and a dusting of cinnamon before serving
