oil
from the jar of sun dried tomatoes, or olive oil
2
tablespoons
freshly squeezed lemon juice
1
tablespoon
apple cider vinegar
2
teaspoons
raw honey
Coarse kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
Add oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and honey to an 8 ounce mason jar. Season with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes to taste.
Seal the lid and shake the jar until everything has emulsified and there are no longer globs of honey sticking to the bottom.
Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
