This is the first cookbook I ever grabbed when I dabbled into vegan cooking, and it was a good one. The recipes are smart and delicious, but may be a bit of a stretch for those just transitioning to a vegan diet.
This book is brimming with delicious meal ideas (for real, try the black rice!), and don’t hesitate to put on the accompanying Spotify playlist while you’re cooking to really get in the mood.
This one comes from a trusted vegan blogger. All of her recipes are beautiful, approachable, and delicious.
Forks Over Knives frequently produces some of the most trustworthy recipes out there. Almost every one I’ve tried has been delicious and ridiculously healthy.
Yet another blogger cookbook, but if you’ve been eating vegan for any period of time you definitely have a favorite Minimalist Baker recipe. It’s great to have their recipes in print for easy access at home.
A great collection of recipes for the vegan athlete, and it’s amazing to see what can be accomplished on a plant-based diet!
