This is the first cookbook I ever grabbed when I dabbled into vegan cooking, and it was a good one. The recipes are smart and delicious, but may be a bit of a stretch for those just transitioning to a vegan diet.
I’m totally having a love affair with bowls right now, but frequently find myself making the same thing over and over. A whole cookbook devoted to creative bowls? Sold.
This one comes from a trusted vegan blogger. All of her recipes are beautiful, approachable, and delicious.
Forks Over Knives frequently produces some of the most trustworthy recipes out there. Almost every one I’ve tried has been delicious and ridiculously healthy.
This is another blogger cookbook, and it’s full of tasty ideas. My favorite is the Pad Thai.
Yet another blogger cookbook, but if you’ve been eating vegan for any period of time you definitely have a favorite Minimalist Baker recipe. It’s great to have their recipes in print for easy access at home.
A great collection of recipes for the vegan athlete, and it’s amazing to see what can be accomplished on a plant-based diet!
Easy, trustworthy recipes made fast. Can’t beat that!
