On Monday took a yoga class for the first time in years. It’s crazy how something can seem so easy and so hard at the same time. I mean, yoga is just stretching, right?? (Not right.)
My friend Mary from The Kitchen Paper is kind of a yoga expert. Her instagram feed is constantly begging me to travel the world and stand on my head. She’s living the dream right now participating in an intense (and I imagine super authentic) yoga training. If she wasn’t an expert before, she sure is now!
